Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  6/29/04      Rate This Apartment     As with most NYC apartments good service is hard to come by, however the management for this building goes abiove and beyond to neglect and rip-off it's tenants.As a recent college grad I thought this 3rd Fl. walk up was great - until I had a problem with some plumbing that is.Trude is the landlord - a first class shady old lady who refuses to return phone calls.Please do yourself a favor and do not rent a apartment in this UES building.It's not worth the stress.Please - tell all your friends!!!The landlord is crazy and the super is NEVER home to help.
