You can read reviews of other Goldfarb Properties buildings (Park Towers South) at other sites and you will always see the same thing - that the management company treats their tenants poorly and that their buildings are poorly run. Unfortunately we ignored the warnings from friends. We can't wait for our lease to expire so that we can move out.  Need to rent an apartment?
