Apartment Review for 221 E. 33Rd Street - New York, NY

These people are absolutely horrible. The apartment itself generally looks fine. But twice a year, there are major plumbing issues. The management office is absolutely horrible. After not having hot water or heat for about 5 days, I expected to make some adjustment on my rent or make some sort of effort to apologize, but all I got was a big attitude. Don't live here, or any ATA Enterprises unit. They are absolutely horrible. I love the location of this building, but I'm getting out as soon as possible. For $2,100 a month for a studio, they should really make an effort to make their clients happy. You get absolutely nothing.
