Apartment Review for 255 West 75Th Street - New York, NY

This place is ok but the management company really puts it into teh horrible category. They dont take out the trash so it piles up in teh hallway which produces a terrible odor and a fear of rodents amount tenants. I have had issues getting them to come repair things; they are very unresponsive. Even friends comment on teh smelly lobby and mess everywhere. Do yourself a favor - dont move in.
