Apartment Review for 334 E. 79Th St - New York, NY

The building is/was full of bugs, and thus our apartment has been infested. We also have/had a leak that management has yet to properly address. The landlord is Philip Mamos and the superintendent is Warren. We come home and kill about a dozen cockroaches each night and now have water damage throughout our apartment. They sprayed for bugs and it has only gotten worse. Now the cockroaches have laid eggs and little bugs are all over. Do not rent in this building.
