Every day the hot water runs out while you are trying to shower or it randomly comes out scalding hot. The boiler breaks down often during the winter and there is usually not enough heat. There are electrical problems, causing frequent building wide blackouts. There are frequent water leaks in the builidng. The hallways are always dirty and garbage is often piled up in front of the building. The super is never around.
