Apartment Review for 450 Audubon - New York, NY

The maintanace is horrible. Mice and roches in about every apartment. No heat mostly every winter! In the summer alot of young kids hangout in building smoking. I've lived there for along time. It's ashame because the building is huge and with the right owners it can be some much better. None of the new owners have really bothered to take the time and money to make this is 100% safe building. I lived there for so long only because mostly all of the same tenants still live there just because we bonded as great friends. But slowly but surely everyone is moving.
