Rented a loft apartment with three girls. Super is ok to deal with. Owner is pathetic. Screams at you. Moved out in July 2009 and still waiting for our money (October 22, 2009). Just found out we had to leave a self-addressed stamped envelope so she could mail the check. Now she says she has "another" 60-days to refund our money. One excuse after another.  Need to rent an apartment?
