Apartment Review for Riverbank West - New York, NY

I am one of those idiots TRYING to move in... if I didn't have friends already living in the building who I am moving in with I would have stayed FAR away. I have never had a worse leasing experience in my life. EVERYONE at the office in unhelpful, they NEVER call you back (unless you leave a bazillion voicemails, and e-mails like i had to) and now I am going to lose money because they can't get it together and I won't be able to move in on time. I ask them simple leasing questions and they tell me this or that "isn't there job to figure out" which doesn't make any sense. I think the real issue is that no one know what they are doing so management just walks in circles all day. You would think that with the recession and all the unemployment that Roseland Properties would have the ability to employ people who are SOMEWHAT competent. Riverbank West won't be here too much longer if they don't do anything to fix this situation. There are too many better places to live in the city. DO NOT NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS BUILDING!! FIRST TIME LOOKS ARE DECEIVING!!
