This is totally worthless of the fairly expensive rate compared to similar apartments in the neighborhood. Empoloyees here are nice and friendly, ready to serve the residents, but the reluctant superintendent just prevents them from functioning properly. I wish my contract were monthly basis so that I could move out immediately.  Need to rent an apartment?
