Apartment Review for Ata Enterprises - New York, NY

ATA Enterprises is one of the WORSE mgmt companies in the city. The receptionist is rude and clueless, they are rude and never get back to you and are C H E A P!! The building I live in is FALLING APART and no one seems to care. The property manager never inspects the building. It is noisy as all hell! I hear my neighbors walking, talking and having sex all hours of the night..The super will most likely NEVER call you back either..Save yourself and your sanity and DO NOT MOVE TO A BUILDING OWNED BY ATA!!!
