Apartment Review for Carolyn Courts Apts - New York, NY

No sidewalk maintenance in the winter. Sliding door to porch has broken screen, came that way, never fixed. Air conditioning does not work and hasn't worked since the day we moved in. Fridge is dying and probably using far more energy than it's supposed to, bathroom sink leaks and they will not repair any of it. Rain water drips into hallway, mold is growing, wall paper is falling down. Critters are living in the attic and make noise at night tearing up the insulation. Management could care less, they just want the rent every month. Thankfully it's only a year lease.
