Apartment Review for Clermont Towers - New York, NY

this building has wonderful doorman, it is badly kept, the elevators are constanly breaking down there is mold all over the building, they just wallpaper without abating the mold the halss are poorly done adn the lobby is lopped so in the rain the awter pours in the lobby as the poor dorrmen try to sweep it out because of all the dogs who pee right in front, in warm weather the smell is awful no one who is NOT rent stabilized would ever stay here
