Not only is management incompetent and unresponsive, the rates are absolutely ridiculous. I got suckered into a 12 month lease and it's still a rip-off even with 2 months free. It doesnt really help that the cheesiest people in the world live in this building. Overall, a completely shitty experience.  Need to rent an apartment?
