Apartments themselves are fine - not amazing but not awful. The management company, Hakimian, is rude and obnoxious. The Super and the doormen in the building are fine, just avoid everyone at the management office, particularly the broker in the leasing office who is completely incompetent and Nicki in the management office is rude and unhelpful. She is more interested in screaming at tenants rather than doing her job.
