Apartment Review for London House - New York, NY

London House at 420 Eat 80th Street has become a hostel, full of foreigners who rent for 1 or 2 nights. The Superintendent is always on vacation, the garbage in the basement is uncovered and there are mice, rats and (big) roaches everywhere. The building now allows dogs, which apparently include pit bulls. In my opinion it is a slum run by people who just don't care. If you want to rent an apartment as a short term - please be advised some of their short term rental units apparently have bed bugs. There is one confirmed problem on the 9th floor. Be warned!
