Apartment Review for Metro North Riverview Apartments - New York, NY

Im 23 and im a medical student and have been living at Metro North for a month. I moved here from Parkchester in the Bronx and this was an upgrade for me. The price is UNBEATABLE for the location and ammenities. Some of the other people in the building are sketchy but it seems most people are "friendly" ie hold doors, say hello, dont stab you. Just walking down first avenue about 5 to 10 blocks puts you in a great area with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Bottom line, if your not a high maintence person and your looking for a decent affordable NYC apartment then i would recommend checking this place out.
