Apartment Review for Metro North Riverview Apartments - New York, NY

I have lived here for over 22years and this place is the worst place to reside. urine and feces in the staircase and elevators is what you pay for and don't forget the crazed out junkies that come in and out the buildings. Don't be fooled by the decent reviews because the reviews are coming from tenants that do not know the neighborhood and people. you have white college students and yuppies who believe they are getting a good deal but they would be better off moving further uptown in Harlem, Bed-Stuy, East New York, South Bronx or Jamaica Queens. This place is NASTY and feel sorry for Maintenance because I would have quit. Mgmt want to kick out the tenants who have lived here for over 20yrs and take away their subsidies to charge these fools market rent. $1650-$3000 for feces on the wall great! Oh yeah the mice make it seem like down home comfort!
