Apartment Review for Meurice Apartments - New York, NY

This building has become infested with mice over the past year. The management obviously can't get a handle on the problem. I lived here in 2010 and came home to mice running around my apartment almost daily. Mouse droppings everywhere, on the floors, furniture, counter tops, inside the stove, kitchen cabinets, clothes cloesets and even found them on top of the refrigerator. It's out of control and the most that was ever done was they would throw down a couple glue traps. Very bad situation when you have mouse droppings in your bed and the building refuses to address the issue properly although you can catch them daily. Nothing in my apartment worked either. Both air conditioning and heat are poor at best and heard the same from my neighbors. The showers go from scalding hot to freezing cold many times throughout every shower.
