Apartment Review for Sc Leasing/Management - New York, NY

The apartment and the building are a good value for the money. However, when it comes time to renew your lease, brace yourself for some very unpleasant experiences. I've never met or dealt with anyone like this before, extremely rude and dismissive. Actually cursed me out under her breath when I went to the office to pickup a letter stating very specifically how long I've lived in the residence, how much my rent was, and if I paid on time. The apartment itself is decent, however, I would not advise anyone to do business with the management company.
