Apartment Review for The Vogue - New York, NY

Joe Barbaccia of Joseph Gregory rented us this apartment. At over 4K a month for a one bedroom apartment, the price was fairly steep. This would have been acceptable if they had done as they said they would. It was supposed to be a corporate rental with all bills included. The TV, internet and phone were disconnected twice and we had to pay with our credit card. The sheets were torn and old, the walls dirty and it was impossible to see oput of the windows they were so dirty. The windows I could reach I cleaned but on the 18th floor, the bedroom was impossible, so it always looks like a grey day outside. Joe Barbaccia's word is worth the equivalent of a stick of chewing gum. I would not trust him as far as I can throw him. By the way, the noisy neighbors are a delight! Great place if you are deaf.
