Apartment Review for Tower 67 - New York, NY

Don't be fooled by the location (near Lincoln Center, 2 blocks from the park) and the nice Donald Trump-ish 1980's lobby. This is the worst building I have lived in. I am counting the days until my lease expires. Stuck in between 2 construction sites, you ll be woken up by your neighbor flushing their toilets or dropping a bottle of water on the floor. Worst noise insulation ever. Windows are not sound proof (and you are between Broadway and Amsterdam, 2 of the busiest avenues in New York). The staff deserves its own paragraph: A cartel of russian mobsters, themselves terrorized by the owner who installed cameras, not for your security, but to monitor his staff. They are incompetent, never say hi or smile, and will never help with groceries or by opening the door. They are plain useless. Once in a while you ll see a disgruntled renter yell at them because his apartment has been flooded for 2 days... and the plumber still has not shown up. This is a terrible place. Don't rent here. I can't think of a positive beside the driveway and the fountain.
